Gross potential over 100% question

Hi all — I love checking the grosses each week, and I've never questioned the shows with gross potential over 100% before. I just assumed it meant standing room, I guess? But this week, Hamilton's at 128.3% of it's gross potential, and that kind of blows my mind. Can someone explain how that works?

As well as dynamic pricing.  Gross potentials are generally calculated on the original full price house structure.
