Hi! I'm planning on making it to a short Broadway show (like The Visit or Fun Home) at 8PM and then to a 54 Below show at 9.30PM. Do you know if usually the shows in 54 Below start on time?
Thanks!

The earlier shows of a two show night always start promptly (e.g. 7 PM)  I don't know about the late shows, but I assume they start pretty close to on time as well.

Fun Home runs around 100 minutes, and will be starting several minutes after 8- you wouldn't be getting to 54 Below until 10 at the earliest.

They do. Unless RobbieJ is being a diva.

I'm taking my 10 year old granddaughter to Nick Spangler's 7 PM show on Memorial Day.  As she has school the next day I asked Nick how promptly the show will start.  He assured me that he will step on the stage at promptly 7 PM.  I assume all other shows will start on time also.

Subsequent shows do depend on the length of the show before them- I have been delayed up to 20 minutes because a prior show ran long, or was delayed.

Great thread, I was wondering the same thing.  I have 9:30 tickets to Jeremy Jordan on July 3rd and was thinking of trying to squeeze Fun Home in before hand.  Sounds like that isn't really an option, so I'll have to save Fun Home for a future visit.

Separate question - how is the bar rail seating at 54 below?

Thanks!

I haven't had the actual bar rail seats, but was seated at a table right below them for the first presentation of Side Show: Added Attractions in March. I don't think it's a bad view, plus you're elevated up there - but that could differ a little based on show. For larger cast shows, you may have entrances/exits in front of you between songs and possibly cast waiting in the bar area. I'm usually on my own, so I've been seated all over the place from the prime table dead center to the sides and that seat right below the bar rail but haven't had a bad view yet in 6-7 visits.
