This is from Time Magazine, about an amicus brief filed at the Supreme Court this afternoon, by 303 prominent Republicans in support of same-sex marriage.

The list includes some surprising names, especially "David H. Koch, Philanthropist."

Take THAT, Antonin Scalia!

I'm shocked that Rudy Giuliani, who has tried to make himself relevant again by pandering to the far right, signed his name to the brief.
