I see that 20at20 is currently running but the selections are pretty weak. They've redesigned the site (for the worse) so maybe I'm missing something. I only see 5 shows participating. None of the usual suspects (STOMP, GAZILLION BUBBLES) are listed which seems very odd to me. 20at20 Site

Hey Clyde, I was wondering the same thing! If you go to their Facebook, their most recent post says that their website is experiencing technical difficulties and there's a link to a full-list of participating 20@20 shows. There's 46 of them, I think! Lots of the usual suspects plus some new additions from the Fall. Hope this helps!
The Lion was really terrific. I saw it a few months ago at City Center. Now it's downtown. The guy is a brilliant guitarist, and his story is moving.
I enjoyed Da at DR2, the temporary home of the Irish Repertory Theater. And I am looking forward to Lives of the Saints, because I enjoyed All in the Timing so much, and it's largely the same cast and creative team.
When I did it previously, and I can't remember what I saw, but it was something else at NWS, people queued up earlier for Avenue Q, not sure if it was necessary, but they were definitely there before 7:40p
I plan on seeing APPLICATION PENDING, THE LION, RASHEEDA SPEAKING, THE WOODSMAN and NEVERMORE this week. 5 shows, $100. Great deal!
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Used this last night to see A Beautiful Day in November...- weird little play, but definitely entertaining, and for a great price. Wish I were more free this week to see some of the other offerings, I'm particularly interested in Rasheeda Speaking.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
I saw THE LION at the City Center last July and went back this week to the Lynn Redgrave Theater. It's the exact same amazing show in a different space. I would highly recommend seeing it if you haven't. My only issue with that space is that there are two very large columns in the space that definitely block sight lines if you're sitting on the sides. If you have a choice in terms of seating then definitely aim for more centralized seats.

EVERYONE should run and see The Lion. It is cheap, short, and GORGEOUS. Delightful little story, lovely tunes and talent, charismatic delivery, intimate theater, and touching messages.
