Anyone else enjoying 'The Missing' on Starz? Stars James Nesbitt as an Irishman desperately trying to solve the mystery of his son's abduction in France. It starts off as a very satisfying, but fairly conventional British/Euro mystery show, but 4-5 episodes in it has gotten VERY interesting. We've all probably got serialized mystery show fatigue, but if this type of thing's your bag, I think you'd enjoy it.
I don't watch, but see on my twitter timeline that the show finished last night in the UK, and that the ending was rather unsatisfactory, or at least that's the consensus.
Beyoncé is not an ally. Actions speak louder than words, Mrs. Carter. #Dubai #$$$
The final two eps are available now on demand so you don't have to wait for them to air. Just finished the show yesterday. I'm surprised anyone found the season finale unsatisfying - I thought it was really great. If competition weren't so ridiculously stiff this year, James Nesbitt would have easily gotten a Golden Globe nom for his searing portrayal of a father obsessed with finding his abducted son. I can't wait for season 2.
