This is a really terrific documentary about the visionary director of classic gay porn like "Boys in the Sand". You'll find out how Poole has about a billion connections to one of the golden ages of Broadway, and even get to hear about how his porn past was used against him when he was choreographing "Bring Back Birdie."

I saw the documentary earlier this year at a film festival and tonight it's playing at NewFest. There will be a Q+A with Wakefield Poole himself and also scheduled to attend are Jill O'Hara and choreographer and dancer Gemze de Lappe. It's really going to be incredible.
