Fox will just appeal this until the show ends, and then it will be too late to matter. I mean, how many years has the show been running for this to come up now?!

This seems so bogus. The comedy club chain isn't even called "Glee" It's called "The Glee Club". Surely the high court is next going to ban any productions of Caberet! Surely there are a number of clubs with "Cabaret" within their names. NO?
I was going to say that I was unsure of what the copyright law is in England over this, knowing that you can't copyright a name in the US. It's the same thing, there as it is here. A logo is a thing that you can copyright, however, a name is not. How this got sent to a high level judge in something that's beyond me.
If they have to, I'm sure they could simply add another word or something to the title card in the UK and that would be it. I mean House aired there as Dr House, MD, or something just to clarify what it was about and that didn't exactly cost them millions to change.
