Preview Performances

Hello all,
This Spring, I am going to see a preview of one of my very favorite shows: "Cabaret".
I've never been to a preview before, despite having been to the theatre quite a bit. I was just wondering how a preview performance differs from a performance.
1. Do the actors come out to sign?
2. Do you get a Playbill?
3. Will they sell merchandise?
4. Will they make some kind of announcement about it being a preview?

1. Their choice as usual
2. Yes
3. Yes, but not everything that they will have when the show finally opens
4. No
