Come meet Lakewood Theatre Company's cast of Bud, Not Buddy at the Old Hickory Branch Library this Saturday, July 27 at 2 pm downstairs in the Story Room. The cast will perform selected scenes from Lakewood Theatre's upcoming production Bud, Not Buddy (running Aug 2-18 on Lakewood's stage). This play is an adaptation of the acclaimed, beloved children's book (adapted by Reginald André Jackson from the novel by Christopher Paul Curtis). BEST OF ALL, the sneak preview is FREE to the public and a great introduction to this touching, rich story. Bring the family and come support the arts and literature in Old Hickory!
The Old Hickory Branch Library is located on 1010 Jones St, Old Hickory, Tennessee 37138- five blocks off Old Hickory Boulevard between Madison and Hermitage. Take Old Hickory Boulevard to Hadley Avenue. Turn right on 11th Street. The library is behind the Old Hickory Church of Christ.
