Auditions for GUESS WHO'S COMING TO SEDER set for 1/19, 22 and 23

CASTING CALL - January 19th, 22nd and 23rd in Nashville (see schedule below) for the full production of "Guess Who’s Coming To Seder? A Delicious New Musical" with performances on March 28, 30 and 31, 2013 in Nashville, TN.

Rehearsals begin March 12, 2013

*Actors will be compensated for rehearsals and performances.
**This is a comedy. No specific religions needed.**

CASTING:
2 Females – Mid 30s to 50.
3 Males – Mid 30s to 50.

Looking for very strong singers and actors with the ability to harmonize. Please prepare to sing at least 16 bars from two pop songs of your choice (a ballad and an uptempo.)

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS:

Female - Mid 30s - early 40s. A stylish and somewhat neurotic woman living with her boyfriend in New York City, is having this Passover Seder dinner in honor of her deceased parents. With everything at stake, she now needs to make a choice between keeping her parents happy and following her dreams.

Female – 40-50. A repressed and condescending wealthy “Stepford wife” from Connecticut reveals a deep secret while attending the dinner with her arrogant husband and wannabe Buddhist mother-in-law.

Male – 40-50. A frustrated rock record producer from Birmingham, madly in love with his New York City girlfriend, is teetering on the edge of a life changing ultimatum.

Male – Mid 30s. A wild party animal and struggling rock singer from New Jersey is attending with his sexy and passionate wife. Completely broke and out of options, they need to make some serious decisions about their lives.

Male – 40-50. A good ol’ boy from Alabama and former bassist with a famous band who now owns a barely functioning used music store in Queens. Lewd and clueless, he finally meets the woman of his dreams.
