The Fantasticks on TDF?

On TDF there seems to be 2 listings for The Fantasticks, one with etix for most of the shows up to March 3, but then there is a seperate listing, with tickets being mailed only, for February 14 only, and it also has a celebration looking picture. Is there anything special on this night?

Either they're doing the same thing as last year or it's some type of other Valentine's day special. Maybe it's so you can send the tickets as a gift.
