Anyone noticed the influx of the use of showtunes for commercials lately?

"Beautiful Candy" from Carnival
"I'd Do Anything" from Oliver!
Glea Michelphaba singing "Let Me Entertain You"

And noticed "Good Morning" from Singin' in the Rain on an orange juice commercial today.

Anything I'm missing?

There's a dogfood commercial that has used a snatch of "There's A Small Hotel" from "On Your Toes" for years now.

Technically, 'Mama Said' is on that new Kia/Buick/Insert SUV brand commercial.

The real song, not that fakakta arrangement the lovely Beth Leavel sings.

I don't remember which commercial, but I heard "Magic" from Xanadu somewhere.

Now that I think about it, it's "Too Good for the Average Man" that is excerpted in the dog food commercial.

It's Fancy Feast dog food which uses "Too Good for the Average Man".
