...starts previews at Roundabout tonight, the 10-actor/1-piano Fiasco production that played the McCarter last year. I can't see this until January or February, but I'm pretty excited. Anybody going?

Why don't you go? Why don't you leave Manderley? He doesn't need you... he's got his memories. He doesn't love you, he wants to be alone again with her. You've nothing to stay for. You've nothing to live for really, have you?
Dying to somehow make it to see this. The production at the McCarter was wonderful, and I can't imagine much has changed. Much like Fiasco's previous work, it's very worth seeing, and I'm so glad Roundabout is giving this company a chance to make a bigger impression in the New York theatre scene.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
How dare they only do this with just a piano. Sondheim deserves better than this. Nothing will ever be better than the original production. Etc.

Why would I pay $99 to see a minimalist version of INTO THE WOODS when I can pay just $14.99 to see the film version of it performed by a high caliber, multi-talented cast and hear the score played by an actual orchestra.
Keep your cast of 10 and piano Roundabout....you ain't gettin' 88 cents from me Rose!
Nice of you to tell people to get out of your thread just because people don't agree with your opinions? I've actually seen the production so my opinion is not based on imagination.
