WOW! I wonder what Ann has seen and what she knows.Disturbing.
In an interview with KTVN in Reno, Nevada, Ann Romney expressed concern for her husband's mental fitness to handle the job as president:
'You know, I think my biggest concern, obviously, would just be for his mental well-being....I have all the confidence in the world in his ability, in his decisiveness and his leadership skills, in his understanding of the economy, in his understanding of what's missing right now in the economy - you know, pieces that are missing to get this jumpstarted. So for me I think it would just be the emotional part of it.'

Oh please. You can't just let the statement stand on its own as a testimony to what the Romneys don't grasp about being in the White House without hyperbole like "I wonder what Ann has seen and what she knows.Disturbing."?
Okay, disclaimer: Obama has my vote this time, same as last, and I have no love lost for Mitt Romney. However, seems to me that Ann Romney's comment is being blown a bit out of proportion. Granted, maybe it wasn't the best way for the wife of a presidential candidate to express concern, but I think that's basically all it was: a wife being concerned for a husband who is going after probably the most stressful job there is. I don't read it as her saying she's afraid he might lose his marbles if he's elected. (Although might be argued that he's already done that.)
Not that Romantico's fantasy of Ann looking in the camera, pale of face and wide of eye, screaming, "Somebody HELP ME he turns into a WOLF!!" isn't a fun one.
"Joseph Smith knows how much I love my husband and what a good man he is but I do worry if he's elected that he might totally lose his shlt and go postal in the West Wing but we're lucky with the help of many worldwide Missionaries Mitt is on a steady cocktail of uppers and downers so his mood swings are balanced out. But we do get worried when a full moon comes since that's when the change really happens. But if you think you can do a better job, get in the ring."
... and then Mitt appears behind her and shoves his fist through her back and when Ann keels over her heart is in red-eyed Mitt's hand and Mitt says, "And now here's TIFFANY with the weather".
"Not that Romantico's fantasy of Ann looking in the camera, pale of face and wide of eye, screaming, "Somebody HELP ME he turns into a WOLF!!" isn't a fun one"
Now that was funny!
