Synchronicity Theatre has announced their appointment of the new staff and board. Dynamic arts administrator & educator Dawn Eskridge joins Synchronicity Theatre as the Donor & Patron Services Manager, while Taryn Carmona remains with the organization in a new, expanded position.
Winner of four Suzi Bass Awards, including “Best Musical” and “Best Director of a Musical,” Synchronicity's production of A Year with Frog and Toad “hops from the page to the stage” December 11, 2020 to January 3, 2021. This family musical adaptation of the popular children's books is suitable for ages three and up, and can be experienced “In the Theatre” or “On the Screen.”
Producing Artistic Director Rachel May and Managing Director Celise Kalke are pleased to announce that five staff members have joined the Synchronicity Theatre team. They are Lindsay Eisold, Technical Director; Sarah Kelley, Marketing Director; Jennifer Kimball, Stripped Bare Producer; Dalyla McGee, Development Director; and Vallea E. Woodbury, Production Manager.
True to its mission, Synchronicity Theatre's 2019-2020 Season will feature women playwrights and provide new opportunities to uplift the voices of women and girls. The season includes programming in Synchronicity's Bold Voices Series (contemporary plays for adults), Family Series (compelling plays for children and families), curated new voices in the Stripped Bare Arts Incubator Project, the newly rebranded Women in the Arts and Business Luncheon, the next installment of SheWRITES New Play Festival, and Playmaking for Girls and Playmaking for Kids.
