George Takei and More to Be Honored at Celebration Of LGBTQ+ Cinema & TV
The Critics Choice Association (CCA) have announced the date and honorees for its inaugural Celebration of LGBTQ+ Cinema & Television. Several honorees are Broadway performers, including Nathan Lane, George Takei, and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez. The gala event will be hosted by actress, stand-up comedian, and writer Sherry Cola, a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and a barrier breaker as a queer Chinese-American immigrant woman in film, television and comedy.

Mitch Rowland Releases Two New Songs For Record Store Day
Mitch Rowland has celebrated indie music retailers with the physical 7” vinyl release of two brand new tracks, “Carry On With Your Tea / Nothing Is True.” Now, he is releasing both of those tracks digitally. 9 TO 5 Reimagining Coming from Jennifer Aniston
According to reports, Jennifer Aniston will be producing a reimagining of Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 for 20th Century Studios. Aniston will be producing through her production company Echo Films, alongside co-founder Kristin Hahn. The script for the reimagining is being written by Diablo Cody, who previously scripted Juno, Jennifer's Body and the recent horror comedy Lisa Frankenstein.
