Nathan Lane stopped by last night's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to talk about his current role on Broadway's 'The Nance.' "It's a rather beautiful and brave play, very funny, very sad," the actor says of the play which was nominated for five Tony Awards. Check out the appearance below!

Lincoln Center Theater's critically acclaimed production of The Nance, a new play by Douglas Carter Beane, directed by Jack O'Brien at the Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street) and starring Nathan Lane will now run through August 11, 2013.

The production, which features Jenni Barber, Andréa Burns, Cady Huffman, Mylinda Hull,Nathan Lane, Geoffrey Allen Murphy, Jonny Orsini and Lewis J. Stadlen, was recently nominated for 5 Tony Awards including Best Actor - Nathan Lane, 6 Outer Critics' Circle Awards including Outstanding Broadway Play, Drama Desk Awards for Best Actor in a Play -Nathan Lane and Best Music for a Play - Glen Kelly and Drama League Awards for Outstanding Production of a Play and Distinguished Performance - Nathan Lane.
