Michael Urie (Ugly Betty, The Temperamentals) has signed on to LogoTV-sponsored, BUNKED!: A New Musical, where he will provide his voice as the Camp Loudspeaker.

Urie, who pre-recorded his role, joins the cast which includes Ben Moss, Lizzie Klemperer, Tim Ehrlich, Jake Loewenthal and Amanda Jane Cooper.

Written by Bradford Proctor and Alaina Kunin, and directed by Seth Sikes, BUNKED! focuses on five summer camp counselors each embarking on their own journeys of self-discovery. BUNKED! gets to the heart of the angst and awkwardness of not knowing where you belong and how to live up to the expectations that are suddenly being thrust upon you. As the end of summer approaches, hearts are broken and mended, life-long friendships are cemented, and decisions are made that will impact the counselors' lives forever.

The creative team will include set designer Paul DePoo, costume designer Sasha Richter, lighting designer Matt Taylor, sound designer Janie Bullard, and choreographer Matt Baker.

BUNKED! performs Tues, Aug 17: 9:45pm ; Fri, Aug 20: 4:15pm (talkback following performance); Sat, Aug 21: 2:15pm; Sun, Aug 22: 8pm and Wed Aug. 25: 10:45pm.
