Theater Works at Peoria Center for the Performing Arts presents TIM O'TOOLE AND THE WEE FOLK. A bit of good luck is never out of reach-as long as you look for the "Wee Folk."

Tim O'Toole and the Wee Folk is based on the children's book by award winning author Gerald McDermott. It is a lighthearted Irish tale of magic, greed, and revenge.

Tim O'Toole is a very poor, jobless Irishman who discovers a group of Wee Folk and believes his bad luck has changed forever. However, he must learn an important lesson while keeping his new-found magical treasure out of the hands of the greedy McGoons. A bit of good luck is never out of reach-as long as you look for the "Wee Folk."

Adapted for the stage by Kyle Olson, this entertaining show combines live actors and puppets to create a magical experience for people of all ages. Just in time for St. Patrick's day, Tim O'Toole and the Wee Folk opens on March 2, 2013 and runs through March 23, 2013.
