On Monday, September 22 the Theater People Podcast welcomes the multi-talented Telly Leung. Topics discussed include his work on the musical TV show GLEE, his work on Broadway including FLOWER DRUM SONG, the groundbreaking 2004 revival of Stephen Sondheim' PACIFIC OVERTURES, RENT, and GODSPELL, and his new role as a producer on the rock musical short film GRIND starring Anthony Rapp.
Leung also generously shares stories about his time at Stuyvesant High School--a prestigious high school in New York City which only enrolls students with exceptional gifts in math and science, how future Tony winner Billy Porter helped him land his first Broadway job, his friendship with Lea Salonga, and working with Salonga and the legendary George Takei on the world premiere of the musical ALLEGIANCE.

Recently, Theater People Podcast host Patrick Hinds wrote a exclusive column for BroadwayWorld about booking the show's dream-guest, Karen Olivo. Previously, Hinds spoke to BWW about how the show got started, and why Lauren Osnes made him sick to his stomach. Theater People Podcast was also one of the shows selected as part of BWW's Top-20 Podcasts for Theatre Fans.
