On Saturday, March 2nd at 3pm, join us in the stunningly beautiful sanctuary of the Saint Charles Borromeo Church in Brooklyn Heights for a narrated chronology of the German Heroic Tenor, as seen through the voice of Heldentenor, Marc Deaton, with Pianist Michael Fennelly. This history includes scenes and arias by: Handel, Mozart, Weber, Wagner, Strauss and Korngold.

Marc Deaton has appeared with leading opera companies and orchestras throughout the world and was the subject of the much acclaimed documentary "Being Tristan: A Tenor's Journey" which was broadcast on PBS/WNET Thirteen. He recently performed Glen Corotese's "The Swan Knight" a mono drama for tenor and quartet at the Off Broadway Theater at Yale University, for which he wrote the libretto.
