THE LAST FIVE YEARS Movie Set To Premiere 9/7 At TIFF

THE LAST FIVE YEARS Movie Set To Premiere 9/7 At TIFFThe big screen edition of cult musical THE LAST FIVE YEARS starring Jeremy Jordan and Anna Kendrick is set to premiere this Fall at the Toronto International Film Festival and an official premiere date has now been set according to a new listing.

THE LAST FIVE YEARS will be presented on September 7 in the festival as a special presentation.

THE LAST FIVE YEARS is based on Jason Robert Brown's Off-Broadway cult musical and is directed for the screen by Richard LaGravenese. The musical traces the beginning and end of the relationship between writer Jamie and actress Cathy from alternating perspectives in a unique and arresting manner, highlighted by Brown's lyrical, pop-flecked score.
