Sue Smith Will Perform MINIMUM RAGE At UCB Dec. 22

Minimum Rage, the new solo show from Sue Smith (The Good Wife), returns to the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (307 W. 26th Street) at 8pm on Thursday, December 22. Tickets are $5, which includes admission to Minimum Rage and Pose and can be reserved here:

Sue Smith has an anger problem. In her drug-addicted early 20s, she lost her father and stifled her feelings. But now, in this new solo show, Sue unleashes those years of pent up rage all over your stupid face. If she’s ever waited on you, taught you yoga or wiped your snotty nose, there’s a good chance you’re in this show. Don’t worry though, she’s also going to throw you a party. And there will be presents!

Minimum Rage was written by and stars Sue Smith. Sue studied writing at Pace University, which is why she's never had a job with vacation pay. After college, she spent the rest of her 20s waiting tables, babysitting, and working other shitty, low-paying occupations. In addition to the shitty jobs, Sue's also worked on internet video and TV projects, including the short-lived CW TV show, The Beautiful Life, on which Mischa Barton told the director she was horrible. You'll usually have to rewind the DVR to catch Sue in other TV shows like The Good Wife because the roles are just so major that if there was too much footage your eyes would burn out. She's a member of the indie improv teams Squirt, Donuts, The Noodles and You’re Charlotte and is also a senior contributor to Laura Grey (Klepper & Grey, Baby Wants Candy) directs.
