Named after the signature Beaux-Arts building on Central Park where the salons take place, St Urban expands the chamber music experience, inviting audiences to engage in dialogue with artists, to share in innovative programs juxtaposing eras and cultures, and to explore musical ideas and their inspirations.

St Urban's intimate chamber music performances mixes old and new repertoire to bring listeners and musicians into a shared dialogue on musical ideas and inspirations.

This year, Artistic Director and pianist Lenore Davis hosts concerts and conversations focusing on song cycles and the instrumental music they inspire.

Join St Urban in their presentation of classic works of Brahms, Schubert, Debussy and Ravel as well as new works of exciting contemporary composers like Gordon Beeferman.

The dialogue continues through the season's finale at SubCulture, where we will present the world premiere of a newly commissioned chamber work by Kinan Azmeh for soprano, clarinet, cello and piano.
