Scottsdale Desert Stages proudly presents Harvey opening this weekend on Friday November 7th!
Harvey is the second show of DST's 20th Anniversary Season in the Actor's Cafe. This Pulitzer Prize winning comedy by Mary Chase tells the story of Elwood P. Dowd and his imaginary friend Harvey. He and Elwood do everything together including driving his sister Veta and his niece Myrtle Mae completely crazy! When Veta decides she has had enough and tries to commit him, she herself is mistaken for the nutty one and accidentally committed!

Directed by Virginia Olivieri, who also plays Nurse Kelly, and staring some valley favorites such as Rick Davis as Elwood, Donna Kaufman as Veta, J Kevin Tallent as Dr. Chumley, and some new faces to the theater scene and Desert Stages- Madeline Hickman as Myrtle Mae, Michael Relland as Judge Gaffney, and Linda Davis as Mrs. Chauvenet this show will keep you smiling and laughing this holiday season. Will Elwood ever be caught? Will Harvey ever be seen? Come find out for yourself!

Show dates are Friday November 7th, 2014- Sunday January 11th, 2015 (No shows December 19th-21st)
Show Times are Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2pm.
