QED is Bringing the Heat in August!

August has only just begun but QED is closing the month out with a bang. After QED's own stand up showcase brought a surprise appearance by legendary comedy writer Dino Stampatopolous, QED Presents returns this month with more all-star comedy and special surprise guests. You never know who might drop in for a set, so keep your eyes peeled.

They are also looking forward to Freaks & Geeks, a stand up and storytelling showcase featuring performers that live on the fringe and/or travel to the beat of their own drum, which will be headlined by Victor Varnado (Conan).

For classes, QED is really excited for Lucie Levine's lecture The Women Rebel: Revolutionary Politics, Rollicking Parties and the Women Who Shook New York, which will discuss the history of radical politics that thrived on the Lower East Side and Greenwich Village. They look forward to finally taking control of their finances with Get Your $hit Together: Personal Finance For Women!
