We're taking you deep into the archives of BroadwayWorld photographer Walter McBride for exclusive flashbacks to Broadway past. Today, check out this shot of Rocktopia star Tony Vincent from his run in Jesus Christ Superstar in 2000.

Jesus Christ Superstar was revived on Broadway at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts in 2000, starring Glenn Carter as Jesus and Tony Vincent as Judas. It opened to mixed reviews and ran for 161 performances.

JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR LIVE IN CONCERT is set to air on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018. As BWW previously reported, Oscar, Golden Globe, Tony and 10-time Grammy Award winner John Legend has been cast as Jesus Christ, rock legend Alice Cooper has been cast as the flamboyant King Herod and acclaimed recording artist, songwriter and Broadway star Sara Bareilles has been cast as Mary Magdalene.
