On December 19th at 7pm, at Joe's Pub, Broadway helped ringed in the season with a one-night-only concert of new holiday songs as well as invigorating takes on some favorite seasonal tuners. A portion of the proceeds from the event was be used to benefit God's Love We Deliver.

The mission of God's Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. GLWD prepares and delivers nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. GLWD also provides illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to clients, families, care providers and other service organizations. GLWD provides volunteer opportunities in their kitchen, with delivering meals, and in their offices for all people who wish to assist people living with serious illnesses. Their services are provided free of charge and they act out of a sense of responsibility to help those in need. They act out of a sense of urgency because hunger cannot wait. GLWD is committed to grow and change in response to their clients' changing needs.
