Jim Caruso's Cast Party and TheaterMania.com presented the jubilant return of acclaimed performing duo Capathia Jenkins and Louis Rosen on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 7PM, as part of the long-running, critically-heralded and popular concert series "Broadway at Birdland."

The team of Broadway's Capathia Jenkins (most recently seen in Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me) and award-winning composer/performer Louis Rosen launched their collaboration in March 2005 at Joe's Pub, with two sold-out evenings of new songs that were written specifically for Jenkins, followed shortly thereafter by appearances at Birdland, the 92nd Street Y, Brooklyn's Old Stone House, and Chicago's legendary Steppenwolf Theater. In June 2006, Jenkins and Rosen appeared in concert at the prestigious Great Hall of Cooper Union. A critically-heralded album, South Side Stories, was released in Fall 2006, followed by performances of the work at Joe's Pub, and later at the Sixth Street and I Historic Synagogue and Theater J in Washington, D.C.
