Paramount Theatre to Host An Afternoon with Priscilla Presley, 8/21

Priscilla Presley brings an open conversation to the Paramount Theatre, 23 E. Galena Blvd in downtown Aurora, on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 4 p.m.

Priscilla offers audiences an extremely rare opportunity to gain insight into a world only a few have entered. Journey with her through her fascinating life in an intimate interview format where she will answer audience questions and share stories that will spark curiosity and conversation. Guests of this unique experience will be intrigued, surprised and entertained by Priscilla herself, live on stage in this open conversation.

Priscilla portrayed Jenna Wade on the hit television drama "Dallas" from 1983-1988. She then displayed her considerable comedic talents in the box office smash "The Naked Gun: From the Files of the Police Squad", reprising her role in "The Naked Gun 2 ½" and "The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult." She has guest starred in many television shows including "Melrose Place," "Touched by an Angel," "Tales of the Crypt" and "Spin City".

In 1979, Priscilla became co-executor of the Presley Estate after the death of Elvis' father, Vernon Presley. She continues to be a steward of the Elvis Presley legacy. She served as an executive producer on Elvis Presley's album "If I Can Dream", a collection of hand-picked classic vocals embellished with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's backing. Released in October 2015, the album debuted at number one in the United Kingdom and Australia and has since gone triple platinum.

She has been an ambassador of the Dream Foundation for the past 18 years, helping to fulfill the dreams of adults battling terminal illnesses and has also worked closely with the Humane Society of the United States spending time in DC to lobby Congress to pass the "Prevent All Soring Tactics" (PAST Act) bill that will strengthen enforcement of the 1970 Horse Protection Act.

Single tickets to An Afternoon With Priscilla Presley are $65 and $75 with group discounts available. Two special VIP Packages offering priority seating, exclusive perks and special access - The 'Dream' Meet & Greet Experience ($239) and The Seamless Experience ($139) - are also available.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, May 5 at 10 a.m. to subscribers who have renewed or pre-ordered their Paramount 2016-17 Broadway series subscription.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, May 13 at 10 a.m.
