Willow Valley Communities is host sponsor to PRiMA Theatre's new concert experience, OZ IN CONCERT. The theater was designed for guest performers, as well as to invite resident groups to perform in a beautiful space. It is nestled in the 80,000 square-foot Cultural Center, just three miles from Lancaster City. It was designed for residents to have the opportunity to pursue their passions and discover new aspirations.

In a similar trajectory and level of inspirational energy, Lancaster was recently named one of the most exciting places in the U.S. by Movoto, a top real estate blog. This recognition, and others like it, come in no small part due to the explosion of creative energy in recent years that has transformed the region's cultural scene.

PRiMA Theatre has been a vibrant part of that transformation. This non-profit arts organization is dedicated to creating fresh and energetic theatrical experiences. To celebrate and encourage a likeminded innovative spirit, Willow Valley Communities has partnered with PRiMA to culminate their 2014 production season at the majestic 500-seat Cultural Center theater.

"PRiMA Theatre is one of Lancaster's best kept cultural secrets" says Willow Valley Communities' Chief Marketing Officer, Kim Daly-Nobbs. "We care deeply about the cultural vitality of Lancaster for our residents and the broader community. We're excited to celebrate this theatre organization that is creating such a stir!'

"This is forward thinking theatre for all of Lancaster at a great venue" says director, Mitch Nugent. OZ IN CONCERT brings a cast of over fifty professional and local performers, for an energetic show full of classic and contemporary songs. "Bring the entire family for a walk down the yellow brick road with this brand new musical event!"

OZ IN CONCERT features pop songs fitting each character and their journey, as well as the classic songs from the original Judy Garland film, The Wiz and Wicked. After a two year hiatus, Mitch Nugent is back in the director seat for OZ, which plays November 30 (7pm) and December 7 (3 & 7pm). Normally, PRiMA productions are held in Lancaster City. "Folks are going to be so excited if not just for the free and easy parking! OZ IN CONCERT tickets start at $22.00 and can be reserved at primatheatre.org.
