PRISCILLA's Julie Reiber and More Set for Broadway Sessions, 4/19

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

This Thursday, April 19th, Broadway Sessions will welcome Julie Reiber, Ravi Roth and the music of composer Micah Young.

Julie Reiber currently stars as Marion in the Broadway hit Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Reiber’s other Broadway credits include On A Clear Day You can See Forever, All Shook Up and BKLYN. Julie has performed the role of ‘Elphaba’ more than 100 times in various companies of Wicked. Her debut album, Love Travels, is available on Itunes, Amazon and CD Baby now. www.JulieReiber.com.

The evening will also feature performances by Ravi Roth (Altar Boyz) and Candice Guardin, both of whom will be presenting solo shows at The Laurie Beechman Theater in the coming weeks. The evening will also feature the music of composer Micah Young, performed by Amos Wolf and Marcie Henderson. An Open Mic party follows the show until 2 am.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). 212-695-6909.
