Neil Patrick Harris and Betty White Win Emmys for Best Guest Actors in Comedies

As BroadwayWorld has previously reported, Neil Patrick Harris (Assassins, Proof and Cabaret on Broadway) and Betty White are this year's recipients of the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards for Best Guest Actor and Actress in a Comedy, respectively.  Harris won the Creative Arts Emmy for his guest stint on GLEE, while White received the honor for her Saturday Night Live hosting gig. 

These awards, along with the other Creative Arts Emmy winners were announced on August 21, 2010.The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards is airing live coast to coast tonight, on August 29 (8-11 p.m. EST) on NBC, originating from the Nokia Theatre L.A. in Los Angeles. The awards are being produced by Don Mischer and hosted by Jimmy Fallon.
