Verboten, recognized leaders of New York's underground revival, has released more details on its inaugural StageONE summer music event series and one of New York's most highly anticipated July 4 parties: Never Say Never with Sasha, Guy Gerber, Maya Jane Coles, Davide Squillace and Bill Patrick on the beautiful Williamsburg, Brooklyn waterfront.

Taking place all summer long, StageONE features an outdoor stage in an unparalleled East River location with world-class DJs, cutting-edge production, artisanal food vendors, outdoor games and much more, making it the place to be for any music lover looking for the ultimate dance party -- and afterparty at Highline Ballroom -- this Fourth of July.

StageONE's Independence Day edition features Sasha's acclaimed and forward-thinking Never Say Never party, the theme for which is quite simply, "beautiful music in beautiful locations." The event showcases Supplement Facts boss Guy Gerber, who will return for a quick visit from his lauded 'Wisdom of the Glove' residency at Pacha Ibiza, underground queen Maya Janes Coles, whose debut album 'Comfort' is due out later this month, Italian tech house innovator Davide Squillace, Berlin underground stalwart Bill Patrick, and of course, Sasha himself, whose recently released 'invol<3r' album received rave reviews around the globe.

Food vendors include Jimmy's Diner serving breakfast all day, Rosamunda providing sausages and vegan options, Meat House offering cheese steaks, Del's Frozen Lemonade and more to be announced. StageONE goes beyond its top notch music programming and food offerings with a photo booth by NickyDigital.com, and fun outdoor games including ping pong, Giant Twister, Giant Jenga, and special performers. To top it off, the event features a custom designed D&B surround sound system, as well as high tech lights and video projection mapping provided by Waking Dream.

The StageONE event series produced in association with Highline Ballroom and Mad Dog Presents LLC, is sponsored by Belvedere, Moet, Jameson, Avión Tequila, Heineken, Sixpoint, Red Bull, andBedford Slim's Vapourette. A VIP section hosted by nightclub connoisseurs Provocateur will also be available, and includes expedited entry, prime viewing, couch seating, hostess, VIP bathrooms, and full liquor bar.

Verboten is a leader in the New York underground dance music scene, booking, producing and promoting a number of deep house and techno parties at a variety of large clubs, boats, festival stages and music conferences. Verboten was founded by Jen Schiffer and John Perez over ten years ago with the goal to bring much-needed high quality production, friendly customer service and the best international DJ talent to an eclectic crowd of discerning music fans. In 2012, Verboten was voted 'Best Party' in Time Out New York, 'Best Promoter' in Paper Magazine, and was nominated for 'Best Event Promoter' in 2013′sInternational Dance Music Awards. The word Verboten, German for "forbidden," is a reference to all the fun New Yorkers weren't supposed to be having in New York in years past. The parties' re-occurring branding and custom visuals takes this satire a step further, depicting a crumbling, futuristic dystopian surveillance state where fun and dancing are completely outlawed. Music is Verboten, indeed.
