This week's Any Wednesday will welcome New York City jazz singer Louise Rogers.

"The versatile performer has a following of both children and adults, and has created fascinating interpretations of everything from 'Shenandoah' to 'Twisted.' She will be joined by acoustic bassist, Rich Strong. Please join us to hear what these two superb musicians have put together just for our audience," state press materials.

Any Wednesday celebrates the best in jazz, cabaret and theater performers in the spacious third floor events space at the Lincoln Square Barnes & Noble at 66th and Broadway in New York City. Each performance begins at 6:00 p.m., lasts approximately a half hour and is followed by a signing/meet-and-greet session with the artists. As always, the events remain free and open to all.

Upcoming performers include: Jessica Molaskey with John Pizzarelli (May 23), Maude Maggart (May 30), The Cast of "When the Lights Go On Again" (June 6), Chip Shelton (June 13), Vincent Wolfe (June 20), Daryl Sherman (June 27), Jim Van Slyke (July 11), Sue Matsuki (July 18) and Steve Ross (August 29)
