It is in man's nature to be tempted. But one can always withstand temptations and be firm in their beliefs by letting God into their lives. God's word can strengthen one's faith and this will keep them spiritually strong. Author Lei M. Lang showcases a publication that will enrich one's spiritual life in "The Flesh versus The Spirit."

This thought-provoking book encourages the readers to take time and hear or read God's word. Loving God and obeying His words are two things that will keep everyone spiritually strong. For the author, the way one treats each other is the way one treats God. Obedience strengthens the spiritual man, and disobedience strengthens the flesh and hardens the heart. Forgiveness will allow one's prayers to be answered. It is also highlighted that one should not judge another person's actions because only God knows one's heart.

It is important that one keep their spiritual tank full of the Word of God. Lang stresses that people are faced with a choice each day to be led by their flesh, which will lead to death, or by their spirit, which will lead to life. God dwells in their spirits. He is always there to help them to reach their destination. He has plans for them to follow, and they should not let Satan lead them astray.

An enlightening and insightful read, "The Flesh versus The Spirit" will enrich the readers' spiritual life and strengthen their faith in God.
