According to The New York Times, stars from Broadway and the cabaret world will gather to pay tribute to George Gershwin on November 13th.  It will take place at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall.

The Jazz at Lincoln Center concert, featuring the Jazz at Lincoln Center orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, will feature Tony Award-winners Angela Lansbury (Mame, Sweeney Todd) and Brian Stokes Mitchell (Man of La Mancha, Kiss Me, Kate), as well as Kitty Carlisle Hart, Michael Feinstein, Patti Austin and Marcus Roberts. 

Ed Bradley will serve as host for the event, which will celebrate the music of the composer of such shows as Lady Be Good, Girl Crazy and Porgy and Bess (all written with lyricist brother Ira), as well as symphonic pieces such as "Rhapsody in Blue" and "An American in Paris."
