White People, a new play about diversity by J.T ROGERS, will be given an industry reading this afternoon. The author of the acclaimed plays Blood and Gifts and The Overwhelming takes a look at the racial issues dividing America today.

Golden Globe Award nominee RICHARD THOMAS (Incident at Vichy, Race, "The Americans," "The Waltons"), Tony Award nominee MARIN IRELAND (Reasons to Be Pretty, After Miss Julie, The Big Knife), and BEN RAPPAPORT (Fiddler on the Roof, Picnic, "Mr. Robot," "Outsourced") will co-star under the direction of NEIL PEPE (Speed-the-Plow, Hands on a Hardbody).

Casting is by Telsey + Company/William Cantler, CSA.

The reading will be presented by Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel and Will Trice.
