Despite the fact that his first musical, a parody of The X Factor called I CAN'T SING, closed within six weeks of opening at the Palladium, Harry Hill has decided to keep writing.

According to Digital Spy, Hill is hard at work on a new project with Steve Brown, although he won't reveal the subject matter or the title. Hill maintains that even though the relative failure of I Can't Sing was a blow, he was buoyed by the joy of working at the Palladium each day, which has helped spur him on toward working on his new projects. "[I Can't Sing] was great fun," Hill tells the site. "I'm kind of working on [a new musical] with Steve Brown, who wrote the last one. I guess different stuff is fun. It's nice to do different things."

When asked what his new musical would be about, Hill remained secretive. "I can't really tell you because I think once you mention what it's about then it's sort of in the air and someone else will jump on it," he said.

In the meantime, Hill's continuing his career on TV. His zany new cooking show, Harry Hill'S TEA-TIME, premiered on Sky1 yesterday. Hill calls the program "The craziest thing he's ever done."
