Ahead of Gavin Creel's Singular Sensations appearance on April 20th at the Charing Cross Theatre, they today reveal that musical theatre fans can expect an exclusive treat as it is confirmed that he will perform a track of his own. This is a charity event in support of Gavin's nominated charity West End Serves and some of his fellow The Book of Mormon cast members will be on hand to help with a bucket collection at the end of the show.

On May 4th Hannah Waddingham, star of Monty Python's Spamalot in the West End and on Broadway, Kiss Me Kate and A Little Night Music will appear as the next celebrated star in the series. Hannah will give a rare and exclusive performance of many of her favourite songs.

Hannah most recently starred in A Little Hotel On The Side at the Theatre Royal, Bath after a hugely successful run as the lead in Trevor Nunn's production of Kiss Me Kate at The Old Vic Theatre and Chichester Festival Theatre for which she received her third Olivier Award nomination and a WhatsOnStage Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical.

She won the WhatsOnStage Award for her performance as The Wicked Witch of the West/Miss Gulch in The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium and played the Divine Diva herself, The Lady of the Lake, in Monty Python's Spamalot on both sides of the Atlantic for which she received a Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for Best Newcomer.

The series sees West End stars join Edward Seckerson - former presenter of BBC Radio 3's long-running musical theatre show Stage and Screen - for an intimate and in-depth exploration of their career. Through a mix of chat, recordings and live performances Seckerson traced the careers and uncovered the working processes of talented artists such as Kerry Ellis, Howard Goodall, Janie Dee, Jenna Russell, John Wilson, Patricia Routledge and Stiles and Drewe who showcased new material at this Sunday afternoon fixture which has quickly become a must for musical theatre enthusiasts.
