The four-year-old show, most recently played to sold-out audiences at NYC's the cell in June and has played to sold-out audiences at The New Orleans Shakespeare Festival, ArtsEmerson: The World on Stage, and Outside the Box. The experience is best described as a buoyant celebration of Shakespeare's words colliding with a New Orleans jazz beat.

In a review of its most recent NYC performance, David Clarke of Broadwayworld.com writes, "The Shakespearean Jazz Show is a triumphant tour de force that pristinely blends Shakespeare's poetry with a catchy New Orleans jazz beat...With indefatigable exuberance and effervescing energy, the talented troupe rocked the house. The energy flowing from the stage charged the audience and left them cheering for more...Keep your eyes on The Nine Worthies; you don't want to miss their next presentation of The Shakespearean Jazz Show."

See how this fresh ensemble embodies the future of American performing arts and provides an unforgettable parade of Shakespearean songs, sonnets, and scenes composed to original New Orleans-style jazz.

The show has released a cast album which is available on the show's website (shakespeareanjazzshow.com) and Spotify. In a review of the album, New Orleans' Where Y'at magazine says, "The gifted ensemble recently released their debut album, 'Speak the Speech,' which is at once joyous, smooth, and plain fun."

Don't miss this limited chance to enjoy the playful antics and soulful live in The Shakespearean Jazz Show.
