FIDM MODE Magazine, the all-student, glossy lifestyle publication, recently hosted a party to launch the Spring/Summer 2013 release. Held poolside at the Downtown Los Angeles Lorenzo apartments, the party featured a red carpet, live DJ, refreshments, fancy swag bags, raffle prizes, and freebies from sponsors.

FIDM MODE is a magazine created by FIDM Students for FIDM Students. The publication promotes awareness on design, student life, and current events. Published bi-annually and produced on the Los Angeles campus, students from all majors and campuses interested in expressing themselves through creative writing, graphic design, modeling, and photography are encouraged to pitch, write, and photograph editorials for FIDM MODE.

Topics include everything from fashion and beauty to student projects and job searching tips. Students meet to discuss story ideas and then the Editor-in-Chief meets separately with the staff of student editors to discuss layout and logistics. All current FIDM students are invited to be part of this unique club. The goal is to provide a vehicle for FIDM students to share their creative passions with the rest of the student body.

FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising is a co-educational, specialized, Private college dedicated to educating students for the Fashion, Graphics, Interior Design, and Entertainment industries.
