The fifth annual Broadway Voices season is bringing a fun-filled season of Broadway stars to Garner Performing Arts Center.

The popular series returns to Garner with a series of one-night-only concerts that will be filled with excitement, amusement, and awesome entertainment as three of the most popular Broadway stars present their particular brand of performance.

David Burnham, a favorite with the Garner audience, was just cast and will open an exciting show in Vegas. This is an incredible opportunity for Burnham, but prevents him from kicking off the Broadway Voices season in December.

Phone lines from Garner to NYC are busy as Garner looks to secure a Broadway star for its December 13 concert. Until an artist is booked, websites will show the December 13 artist as "to be announced."

Ticket sales for the season will continue; the goal is to announce the December 13 artist by Friday, September 12.

Garner apologizes for this inconvenience and thanks you for your support of Broadway Voices. Stay tuned for a big announcement about the December 13 concert.

Early bird season ticket special is available through October 15. For special price, use discount code bvoice at checkout. Click here to purchase tickets online. By phone: 919.661.4602 (Mon-Fri, 1:00 - 5:00 pm). Individual Show: $35. Season Ticket (includes all three shows): $75. Special Early-Bird Season Ticket (available through Oct 15): $65. Broadway Voices concerts are at Garner Performing Arts Center, 742 W. Garner Road, Garner, NC.

Capathia Jenkins, who just left the Broadway smash hit, Newsies will take the GPAC stage by storm on January 31 with her "Capathia Jenkins is More Woman Than You Know." She brings a bigger-than-life personna to the stage. She made her Broadway debut in The Civil War and gained more acclaim with her performance in Godspell. Among her Broadway credits are Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me; Caroline, or Change; and The Look of Love. Jenkins approaches a song the same way she approaches a script. She looks for the nuances, the secret hidden within the notes or text. She seeks the melody, harmony and rhythm. She asks herself: what am I trying to say? What do I want my audience to experience with me? She will take her Garner audience on a journey.

Alli Mauzey won't be arriving in Garner on March 6 in the bubble that encased her as she made her nightly appearance as Glinda in Broadway's Wicked, but she will bring the same humor and tremendous talent that has made her a Broadway darling. Mauzey has been called the best Glinda ever. Mauzey has performed with symphony orchestras around the country after making her Broadway debut in Crybaby.
