A Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young musical might just hit the Great White Way - if the former group could get along.

Speaking with WENN, Graham Nash has confirmed that the story for the project is currently being scripted, but the process is slow going.

"We'll see what happens," he said "If we got along it could happen sooner. It's tough to get decisions out of four strong people."

On what the stage show might resemble, he added: "It would have to contain the essence of who we are as individuals. In its essence I hope the show provides an interesting look at the political and romantic times of the 60s, the 70s and 80s, and just how much CSN and CSNY have been a part of American culture for almost 50 years.

There's a lot of music that could be used and a lot of political points that could be made and a lot of romantic personal points that could be made. It could be a very interesting Broadway project."

David Crosby, Stephen Still tills & Nash originally launched as a folk rock group in the 1960s. Neil Young also occasionally played with the group. Their most well-known songs include 'Marrakesh Express,' 'Our House,' 'Carry On,' 'Ohio,' 'Helpless,' and 'Suite: Judy Blue Eyes.'
