CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD was the #1 Sunday morning news program in adults 25-54 - the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news - as well as viewers and households, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Dec. 15, 2013.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted a 4.0/10 with 5.88m viewers, and a 1.4/07 in adults 25-54. Compared to the same day last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +7% in viewers (from 5.50m) and up +5% in households (from 3.8/10).

Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +7% in viewers (5.82m from 5.43m), up +5% in households (4.0/11 from 3.8/10) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year.

Sunday's broadcast featured Mark Strassmann's report on the psychology of getting a good bargain, Mo Rocca's profile of entertainment veteran Chita Rivera, Bill Geist's chat with 79-year-old piano player Pat Spoonheim, and Anthony Mason's interview with actor Ralph Fiennes about the work of author Charles Dickens and Fiennes' new film "The Invisible Woman."

CBS SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
