"Falling into a trap could be the best thing that ever happened to you. Maggie's (Tripplehorn) journey of self-discovery begins with a shaky start when she pulls up to an address in a seedy part of town, where she encounters an outwardly threatening figure named Oberon (Butler), who ushers her into an unforgettable night of exploration and unexpected possibilities, after which she realizes her life may never be the same again," describe production notes.

The Trap also stars Johanna Day, Gia Carides, Aisha Tyler and Channing Tatum.

Gregory Butler has been one of the dance captains of the Broadway production of Chicago for more than 10 years.  In addition to his dance captain duties, he also appears nightly as Roxie Hart's ill-fated lover, Fred Casely.
