Broadway Inspirational Voices(BIV), under the direction of Michael McElroy (TONY Award Nominee, Big River) will be the guest choir at First Corinthian Baptist Church Palm Sunday services April 13th, 2014. BIV features members from Motown: The musical, The Lion King, Wicked, Spider-Man, The Book of Mormon, Annie, Kinky Boots, After Midnight and more.

First Corinthian Baptist Church (FCBC) pastor Reverend Michael A. Walrond, Jr. and Wife Executive Pastor Reverend Dr. LaKeesha Walrond welcome BIV to provide the music ministry for their Palm Sunday morning services at 9:30am and 11:30am. Broadway Inspirational Voices was originally founded by McElroy in 1994 as the Broadway Gospel Choir and in 1999 was reincarnated to its current form. In addition to numerous concerts, the group has performed on The Tonight Show, "The Rosie O'Donnell Christmas Special," Broadway Sings Elton John, The Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation Benefit, and The 2000 Tony Awards.. The Broadway Inspirational Voices second album Great Joy: A Gospel Christmas was released on Sh-K-Boom Records in 2003 and received a Grammy Award nomination.
