When I was a little girl, I distinctly remember taking trips to Broadway Palm to have a nice lunch and see a show. Broadway Palm was the "fancy" dinner-and-a-show place, locally, for me--and, even as an adult, it still is.

Going to see RAPUNZEL with some friends at Broadway Palm most definitely brought back memories of when I went there as a kid. From the chicken tenders and mac and cheese, to the fun show (and autographs from the performers in the lobby after the show), Broadway Palm is always a fantastic place for kids to go.

While it is different going to a show at Broadway Palm's Children's Theatre as an adult, it was still a great experience. I loved getting to see all of the little girls dressed up in their fanciest dresses, tiaras in their hair, marveling at the wonders of RAPUNZEL. It most definitely brought me back to my experiences at Broadway Palm when I was that age.

The show is perfect for kids of all ages. There is a good amount of humor, catchy music and lyrics, and wonderfully entertaining actors and actresses. It is worth noting that two of the performers in RAPUNZEL are also in Broadway Palm's current main production, CLUE THE MUSICAL.

There is also a Q&A session immediately after the show ends, which gives children a chance to ask the performers anything they want to know about. This is a really nice touch on Broadway Palm's part, and it definitely makes the kids feel special.

Whether you are looking for a fun lunch and show to see to escape the rainy Florida afternoons, or you have a child or grandchild that adores fairytales and princesses, I highly recommend Broadway Palm's RAPUNZEL. And, if you are an adult, perhaps consider returning to Broadway Palm in the evening for dinner and a spectacular performance of CLUE THE MUSICAL.

Tickets for RAPUNZEL are now on sale for only $19 per person, no matter your age, and the show is running at Broadway Palm from now until June 23rd. Tickets can be reserved by calling (239) 278-4422, by visiting BroadwayPalm.com, or by stopping by the box office at 1380 Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers.
