The Evening Associates Board of Directors and the Art Institute of Chicago are have announced the fourth annual "Night Heist" benefit, to be held in the museum's Modern Wing on July 11, 2014. This year's event, influenced by the Chicago presentation of the groundbreaking exhibition Magritte: The Mystery of the Ordinary, 1926-1938 , will draw upon the extraordinary imagery created by the legendary Belgian surrealist René Magritte.

The Evening Associates are planning a surreal night at the museum that offers guests exclusive, after-hours access to the exhibition of the summer, special tours, live music and entertainment, a raffle of coveted experiences and items, and specialty cocktails.

"Steal the night away" with the Evening Associates as they celebrate and support one of our city's most treasured cultural icons.

Magritte: The Mystery of the Ordinary, 1926-1938 opens to the public on June 24 and runs through Oct. 13, with Member Previews scheduled for June 21-23.
