Alice Ripley Releases Acoustic Cover Of 'Empire State Of Mind'

Tony Award-winning Broadway superstar Alice Ripley covers the uber popular recent chart-topping hit "Empire State Of Mind" by Alicia Keys in a new clip now available to hear.

Ripley strips the R&B/pop smash down to the basics with a ferocious and fiery guitar and vocals take on the tune.

"These streets will make you feel brand new / Big lights will inspire you," Ripley passionately croons in the new clip.

Of note, Ripley recently released a drum-accented take on the popular Alicia Keys song last month, as well.
